Welcome to the American Cancer Society’s Mosaic Of Hope tribute website! This site allows you to create a moving memorial tribute to your loved one lost to cancer or an inspiring honor tribute to your loved one winning the fight against cancer.

As you go through the process of healing from the loss of a loved one or to celebrate survivorship, this new site offers you the chance to collect memories that celebrate the life of the loved one. Each memory forms a larger "mosaic" of hope for a future in which cancer is no longer a life threatening disease. The site also offers individuals the opportunity to find comfort and a new sense of purpose by joining the fight against cancer and making a difference as they support the Society’s mission to eliminate cancer.

Once you create a tribute, you can invite others to view the page and add comments. Sample email templates are provided for you to send to family and friends inviting them to view the site, add their own memories, and / or donate a memorial or honor gift to support the fight against cancer.
