Coach Glen Miller
University of Pennsylvania Quakers
The University of Pennsylvania named Glen Miller the John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men’s Basketball on April 25, 2006, and he enters his first season with the Quakers in 2006-07. I am honored and thrilled to have been asked to be a part of the program here at Penn,” said Miller. “The University has a long and storied history as an exceptional program. I eagerly anticipate working with the strong core of players who will be returning next season to continue that tradition of excellence. I have always enjoyed bringing my teams to play at The Palestra, and I look forward to enjoying the home court advantage that The Palestra affords our team," he continued. “I would also like to thank my players as well as the student body, faculty and administration at Brown for the support that I have received.” Miller earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. He and his wife, Yvonne, have four children: Tony, Genelle, Jillian, & Emma.
