The best wife, mother and friend the world could have given us.

My mother was the strongest most loving person anyone had the chance to know. She was the kind of person who everybody loved after only knowing her for a few seconds. She loved people with all of her strength and would do anything to save the world. That was our family joke, when anyone asked where mom was the answer was "that mom was always trying to save the world". She would go out of her way, move mountains for anyone she met if she thought she could make them happy. Even for those she had just met, or sometimes even had just heard about. She took the experiences in her life she viewed as negative and made sure that nobody went through them. She made sure to hug everyone because she thought she didn't get enough hugs as a kid. She made sure everyone felt beautiful, because she hadn't been told that enough. She was fearless, and you felt her strength and love the minute you met her. Most people are lucky if they can count the number of true friends on one hand, my mom had at least two hands of best friends and more true friends then most people can ever imagine having. Although I will miss her, I feel most sorry for those who never got a chance to experience her love, her guidance, and her passion for saving the world. She was the best mother, the best wife, and the best friend that anyone could dream of. Her time was cut too short, but she didn't waste a minute. Her legacy is to live with out regrets, and to make sure you love with all of your heart.

We're so sorry for you and your family at this incredibly sad time. I wish I had met your mom -- I know she left a beautiful daughter and loving family -- and that she must have been a wonderful person as it shows in you. Please know we are thinking of you.

She was also a great nurse, "trying to save the world" both physically and mentally. She will be missed by so many. Megan you describe your mom as strong, and loving, and confident. She definetly passed these qualities down to you and Adam. We loved her and will always remember her (especially when I see anything pug or purple). I hope for all of us that someday when all the tears are dried that when we think of her we can all just smile as she is doing down on us. Love you!

This came as a surprise to me. I didn't realize that she had passed away. She was always my favorite cousin and always made me feel at ease. She always took care of everyone else, even me at times. I was looking forward to seeing her again and called her twice in the passed week. She called me and left a message for me to call her back. I never stopped trying to reach her.
I am going to miss her.
John
