Theme for 2015: Decades of HOPE
Teams - pick out your favorite Decade and have fun dressing up and decorating your tent site!
Relay is TODAY!! I hope you are as excited as we are! With the big dayfinally here, we wanted to give you a last update:
You can set-up your tent site after noon today. When you arrive, please check-in at the Team Check-in Table. You’ll receive programs for your teams, info and more.
Please remind each team member to bring wrapped snacks to share (granola bars, wrapped candy, etc) and drop them off at the Southeast corner of the track (near the restrooms).
Early food is provided by the food trucks. Please enjoy dinner at Relay in the evening.
We provided the team captains with sign holders to make a sign for your team to carry during your first lap. This sign also helps teams to line up alphabetically when we announce each team at the stage.
TEAM PHOTOS ARE AT YOUR CAMP SITE AFTER FIRST TEAM LAP!
Please go directly to your tent site after the first lap for photos. A photographer will come to your site. After your photo is done, you can go back to the track.
