Don't miss the 2nd Annual Road to Relay Street Fair!
Date: Saturday, May 4, 2013
Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: Downtown Westerly

Relay teams will line the downtown sidewalks providing activities, crafts, gifts, food and more to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Come downtown to help raise money for a great cause - and help us by spreading the word

Don't miss the 3rd Annual Westerly Amazing Race fundraiser sponsored by Relay For Life team Stela Parties & Events on Saturday, May 11, 2013.

Team check-in/registration will begin at 5:30 pm at Crandall Field in Ashaway, RI. The race will begin at 6:00 pm and end at approximately 8:30 pm at the Haversham House, 336 Post Road, Westerly, RI.

Cost is $20 per person in advance and $25 per person... the night of. Teams can be comprised of 2-6 members.
This event is 21+. Teams will “race” to secret locations in the Westerly area. Once at the locations they will need to successfully complete a challenge in order to get the next clue, with numerous roadblocks along the way. Challenges are not too physically challenging, embarrassing or gross – just plenty of harmless fun.

Westerly Relay for Life's Team Shenanigans is having their 2nd annual Shenanigans saloon fundraiser on May 18th at Aces Saloon on the farm at 44 Puttker Rd, North Stonington CT 06359. Starts at 1pm n goes through the night into Sunday morning. Bring a tent to camp out if u'd like. Having live bands (The Kenny Mehler Band, Anodyne X, and Brad Kazarian), karaoke, basket raffles, 50/50 raffle, horseshoe tournament, fire pit, hamburgers and hot dogs! Bring your own beverages. Any donations of pot luck dishes or items for the basket raffle are greatly appreciated. Contact Jen @ 860-303-6963 for tickets or more info. Tickets are $10!

Team, TOPS RI #3, will be holding the yard sale with all money going to their Relay for Life team to be donated to the American Cancer Society!!

There will be lots of items to purchase at the yard sale along with a basket raffle, a bake table and a raffle for a beautiful, handmade Christmas tree skirt.

THIS YEAR, selected Relay event(s) in our community are offering the unique opportunity to participate first-hand in a landmark new study, the Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3).The American Cancer Society will be enrolling people into CPS-3, a long-term study that will help researchers better identify the lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer.
