Dedicate a Luminaria Survivor Information and Registration

The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. This is one of the most moving parts of the event that you will not want to miss. Honor or remember someone at Relay For Life with a luminaria. Learn More

Survivors are the reason we Relay. Survivors make up a group of nearly 11 million strong who are finding their way through the cancer experience and fighting back against the disease. At Relay For Life, Survivors are our guests of honor. Learn More

THANK YOU SPRINGFIELD!!!!

After deciding to move Relay inside on Friday morning due to inclimate weather, the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds E-Plex came to the rescue! We were able to move the entire event to the E-Plex and still kick it all off at 7:00 pm w/ 400 survivors! The Springfield media outlets were fantastic in helping to get the word out about the change. It's amazing what we can accomplish when we all band together! To wrap up, we had a fantastic evening w/ an awesome luminaria ceremony, a successful basket auction, and tons of fun all warm and dry, thanks to the generosity of the E-Plex. Thank you to all the teams and members of the community that came out to support the event. It was amazing to see all those people (est. 2,800) walking the track at one time. The team campsite area was a total blast with all the teams selling food and other items. Bingo, poker, and karokee were big hits!!!

We are getting closer to our goal of $500,000, we are currently at $417,000. We are still accepting donations at the office and here on the website. Please help make our goal a reality by following up one last time with your potential donors.

Again thank you all for all you do. We truly live in a giving and caring community.
