	The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. This is one of the most moving parts of the event that you will not want to miss. Honor or remember someone at Relay For Life with a luminaria. Learn More		Survivors are the reason we Relay. Great Fundraising ideas!!!!

1. Have a movie night - charge admission or pass around a popcorn bucket.

2. Play bridge or poker for money - split the winnings.

3. Deliver flowers for a florist- get a certain amount per delivery.

4. Offer to clean someone's house/yard/car.

5. Contact a restuarant/business and receive a % of a day's reciepts.

6. Host an information event at a church/school, sell luminaries, ask for donations.

7. Just ask for a dollar!

8. Sell a purple ribbon or rubber glove one day at school/work. Start a trend!

9. Soup lunch/pasta dinner/egg taco breakfast.

10. Ask a grocery store if you can sack or stock for a donation.
