	The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. This is one of the most moving parts of the event that you will not want to miss. Honor or remember someone at Relay For Life with a luminaria. Learn More		Survivors are the reason we Relay. Survivors make up a group of nearly 11 million strong who are finding their way through the cancer experience and fighting back against the disease. Holy Cow! Major props go out to Sarah Cavanaugh, who is our lead fundraiser with $1,185!!! She has recently reclaimed the lead from Alexa Muntz, who has an impressive $825. Committee member Blair Schaffer is still solidly in third with $625. Keep up the great work everyone!

Sarah's team, McNulty Monkeys, doesn't look like it's going to give up its first-place position with $2,458.79, well above the Committee For A Cure team who has $1,650. JWU Players, another top team from last year, is in third with $1,395 but I know they can do better. Let's get some friendly competition going between teams, okay everyone???

Do you want to add your name or your team's name to this prestigious list? It's not too late! If they can do it, you can do it too. There is still time for more fundraising events, and don't forget to send out emails through the website.

If you have already received any offline donations (cash or check), Bank Night is the time to turn those in and get that extra boost right before the event.

Bank Night is Wednesday, March 24th from 7:00 - 9:00PM in the Yena Center Presentation Room. Stop by at any point during that period to drop off your money, pick up your T-shirts, and learn about any last-minute details that will help you prepare for the best event on campus!

I can't wait to see you all on Friday, March 26th in the Harborside Recreation Center Main Gym for a night of celebration, remembrance, and fighting back!
