Dedicate a Luminaria Survivor Information and Registration

The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. This is one of the most moving parts of the event that you will not want to miss. Honor or remember someone at Relay For Life with a luminaria. Learn More

Survivors are the reason we Relay. Survivors make up a group of nearly 11 million strong who are finding their way through the cancer experience and fighting back against the disease. At Relay For Life, Survivors are our guests of honor. Learn More

 A Note from our 2010 Event Co-Chair:

Hello! This is your 2010 Relay for Life Co-Chair Jennifer, and I wanted to thank each of you for coming out on Tuesday (November 9th) to support our Relay for Life event. We are all very excited and anticipating the big event.

Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people to Celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, Remember loved ones lost to the disease and Fight Back by making a commitment to save a life this coming year!

I also wanted to remind the team captains of a few things covered at our kick-off meeting:

1. Relay for Life will be on April 30 – May 1, 2010 starting at 6pm at the Portland High School
2. Register your team ASAP at relayforlife.org/Portland. Click the Team Captains Corner link (left side of this page)for instructions on how to take advantage of the HALF OFF registration fee offer!!
3. Recruit a NEW Relay Team and your registration fee will be waived- additional information located in the Team Captains Corner
4. We will have our first team meeting on January 12, 2010 at 6pm at Portland General Baptist Church. More information to follow.
