	The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. This is one of the most moving parts of the event that you will not want to miss. Honor or remember someone at Relay For Life with a luminaria. Learn More		Survivors are the reason we Relay. Due to the UT @ Ole Miss Football game, our 2nd Annual Protect Your Ball Dodgeball Tournament for Testicular and Prostate Cancer awareness will now take place on:

Registration For a Dodgeball Team is $60 for a 6 person team, or $10 per person. Registration fee includes an event T-shirt.

You can download the forms below to register. Each person needs to complete a waiver form to play (6 total), but only one registration form per team is necessary.

Once the forms are complete, you can email them to us or bring them to the event. However, we would like to know if you're registering a team ahead of time so we make sure we order enough shirts. Thanks!
