	The Luminaria Ceremony is the opportunity for people to come together to remember loved ones lost to cancer and honor those who have won their battle. The 8th annual Relay For Life of Detroit is coming June 19-20, 2010
Come learn how to be a part of this life-changing event!

Refreshments will be available starting at 6:30pm,
leading up to our kickoff presentation from 7pm to 8pm

FIGHT BACK through Research!

This year, the Detroit Relay is offering the unique opportunity to participate first-hand in a landmark new study, the Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3). The American Cancer Society will be enrolling people into CPS-3, a long-term study that will help researchers better identify the lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer. Enrollment will take place on Saturday, June 19th from 1pm-5pm on the campus of Marygrove College. Please spread the word and visit the Cancer Prevention Study-3 website www.cancer.org/cps3 for more information on how to participate in research today for a cancer free tomorrow!
