"Celebrate, Remember & Fight Back!"
Many thanks to all of the hardy souls who braved the weather and were a part of this year's Relay. Though the rain cut short the walking, our job is not yet done. We can still reach our goal of raising $200,000.
- Donations can still be collected and handed in. Make sure that your envelope states "Relay for Life of Windham, CT", and indicates your team name. (These envelopes can be dropped off with Jessie Shea at the Mansfield Town Hall, to Chris Lataille Santaigo at the Savings Institute on Main Street in Willimantic or mailed to The American Cancer Society, 825 Brook Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-3405.)
Team Captain Wrap-up & Celebration meeting is November 19th, at 6:00 at Windham Hospital in the Hatch Day Room. (Date was changed from Nov. 11th because of Veteran's Day Holiday). Please bring constructive ideas on how we can make next year's Relay bigger and better, and bring any further donations that have been collected.
