Hope all of you are having a wonderful NEW YEAR! Below is a recap of what was discussed in our January Team Meeting. If you were unable to attend and have any questions, please contact Kim or Della at info@mcrelay.org.

2012 Goal: 68 Teams and $170,000! We can do it!!

Cancer Awareness Fair at the New River Valley Mall, Saturday, March 10th

Survivor Banquet, will be held Sunday, April 15th, Christiansburg Middle School

Relay Film Fest
100 Spirit points will be given to each particpating team. 500 points will be given to the winning film in each category.
$1 = 1 vote
Three categories to be judged:
- Survivors and Caregivers
- American Cancer Society Mission
- Relay For Life

Early Bird Registratin Reminder
Any team captain that has 12 registered particpants by February 18 will receive a Relay for Life cooler. Participants have to be registered and have paid their commitment fee in order to quality.
