Thank you for your interest in becoming an American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Pottstown Corporate Sponsor!

Corporate Sponsorship is defined as a monetary gift usually given through an event, program, or function. Relay for Life corporate donations via check are made payable to the American Cancer Society accompanied by the Corporate Sponsorship Form indicating your level of interest. These donations are 100% tax-deductible by the donor.

A sample letter requesting Corporate Sponsorship is available as a guide. Please personalize the letter to tell your story and appropriately address the company you are contacting.

An In Kind Gift is defined as a non-monetary gift usually given through an event, program or other function. These may include a company’s product, media time, or other business asset. Individuals may also make “in kind” gifts such as athletic event tickets, a meal in their home, or special services that will be used in auctions or other fundraising events. Although accounting rules require the reporting of the fair market value of donated services, service donations are not tax-deductible by the donor. In-Kind Gift Forms
