Tips for Building a Great Team
Thank you for taking on the role of Team Captain!  Your commitment to form a team and take part in Relay For Life is helping us in our mission to elminate cancer.  If your looking for ways to recruit some additional team members click here for a few tips.  As a reminder teams should recruit between 12-15 team members.

Team Goal Setting
Teams that are continuously successful are the ones who set goals and strive to achieve those goals.  It is important to make sure that goals are set by the TEAM and not by the individual.  This will ensure that everyone has full buy in to the goal and feels good about obtaining it.  It is helpful to consider the SMART Model when setting team goals.
