I Relay because I want to see an end to cancer during my lifetime. I Relay for my mother, my Aunt Rayna, and the countless others that have battled Cancer. I never want to see my children (or anyone else) suffer the way my mother did. I support the American Cancer Society. Not only do they provide money for research and development of a cure and treatment, but they also provide support and services those who have Cancer and their families.

You and your family are invited to Team Banzai's Relay for Life Potluck Fundraiser.
Come enjoy the Florida Autumn with us and enjoy some wonderful food. We'll be bringing some interesting and delicious dishes and we can't wait to see what you will bring.
John Chestnut Sr. Park is a beautiful park with two playgrounds, horseshoe pits, a beach volleyball court, a softball field, water fountains, and restrooms. We will be in Shelter #3.
The suggested donation is $10 and 100% of the proceeds go to the Relay for Life. We can accept donations the day of the event, but we suggest that you donate here.

Yesterday, Patrick Swayze died of pancreatic Cancer.
"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," Amanda Wolf, Swayze's publicist, said in a statement Monday.
I know we should embrace hope and I do, but I am still saddened every time I see another person lose their battle. Patrick Swayze is representitive of the every day people who lose their lives that we don't hear about.
I ask you to join me in the task of helping those who suffer and in making sure that more don't suffer in the future.
