My Reason to Relay

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is more than just an event to me. It is my personal opportunity to help save lives from cancer by supporting the American Cancer Society.

It's amazing to think that millions of people will be diagnosed with cancer this year. Somebody close to us may be one of them.

As most of you know I was diagnosed with colon cancer in March 2009.  I am still in treatment for it.  I have had two surgeries and 6 rounds of chemo with 6 rounds left.  My best friend Stephanie was also diagnosed with cancer this year and my friend Rosalie is a 3 time survivor.  So Relay for Life is very close to my heart.

Please help my team meet our goal and help save lives with the American Cancer Society.
