Team:
Fundraising Club Program - Teams may qualify for the National/High Plains Division Fundraising Club Recognition Program by meeting the following guidelines: 1) maximum of 15 Team Members, 2) all money received within 24 hours post event, 3) all registration fees paid in advance, and 4) donations must be strictly raised by Team Members; thus, registration fees, company sponsorships, and luminaria donations are not included. Please take note that in 2009, a new $15,000 Sapphire level has been created, moving the Diamond level to $25,000. In addition, Teams that reach Platinum levels or higher receive a special recognition gift.
Individual:
All Star Award - recognizes online Participants who reach or surpass $2,500 or higher. Participants need to sign-up online or turn in a Participant registration form and set their personal fundraising goal at $2,500 or higher. Once a participant reaches or surpasses $2,500 in online and offline donations, he/she becomes a member of the Relay All Star Club for 2009! All Stars are determined on the total amount of donations collected for Relay by the date of the event.
Incentive Program - progressive recognition for individuals who reach a minimum of $250 in donations collected.
Event:
Five Star Relay Challenge - The High Plains Five Star Relay Challenge is designed to strengthen the core of Relay in each community. The objective of the Challenge is to recognize the outstanding events within our Division. In order to achieve the Challenge, your event must meet all five criteria: Advocacy, Fight Back, Fundraising, Standards, and Survivorship.
National & High Plains Division Awards & Recognition Program - National and the High Plains Division annually recognize events that are extraordinary. While most awards are based on county population categories, there are several that are application based: All American Relay Award, Heart of Relay Award, Nationwide Online Communications Award, Terry Zahn Excellence in Publicity Award, and the Spirit of Relay Award.
