Open to Conejo Valley Relay for Life registered participants youth ages 5 to 18 

Get your creative caps on and show us your Art Work!!!

Criteria: 

1. Art work must be related to the Theme of the Conejo Valley Relay for Life 2009:

              Together We Can Make Magic!  “help make cancer disappear” 
  

1. Art work can be a painting, pastels, oils, pencil, pen or crayon drawings and the work of one person.
2. All art work must be matted* and original art work must be 8 1/2 x 11 in size.
3. All art work must have artist name, age, phone number & school legibly written on the back in pencil.
4. Art work must be submitted on one of the following dates & times at the Newbury Park Library:
   • August 5^th from 6:15 – 7:15
   • August 12^th from 6:15 – 7:15
   • August 19 from 6:15 – 7:15

Age Groups:                          Ages 5 to 9       Ages 10 to 14       Ages 15 to 18 

Prizes:

•  

  Grand Prize:  Art is displayed in the American Cancer Society Office, full media exposure (name announced on radio, newspaper and magazines), $50 Visa gift card, plaque, and Relay for Life Certificate

•  

  1st Runner up:  Name in newspaper, $25.00 gift card, ribbon, and Relay for Life Certificate

•  

  2nd Runner up:  Name in newspaper, $15.00 gift card, ribbon, and Relay for Life Certificate 
  

Winners will be announced at the Event on Saturday night before the Luminaria ceremony. 

*matted = artwork adhered to matte; not framed
