My Reason to Relay

I Relay for my friend "Mr. Dennis." He has taught me sooo much about how to care for alpacas. He is always happy and I like his hat. He has cancer and that makes me very sad.

In order to raise money I plan on walking my alpacas and teaching other kids and adults about them. My charter school let me do a fundraiser on Friday September 4th and it was fun and succesful! We raised an additional $46!! Thank you Santa Rosa Academy! The school enjoyed it sooo much that they asked if we could do it agian!  

By myself I don't attract to much attention but when I am out walking the alpacas everyone wants to know about them! I tell everyone who Mr. Dennis is and about what a great person he is and I tell everyone what an alpaca is!

I Relay because I want to see an end to cancer during my lifetime. Relay gives me the unique opportunity to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission by fighting back against a disease that has already taken too much.
