Goreans in Relay For Life
Welcome to the Goreans in Relay For Life Team Page.
Our team is made of individuals that are fans of Gor: A set of novels by John Norman that combine philosophy, erotica, and science fiction. Some people are seen as life stylers that try to live a philosophy of Service, Duty, Honor and Home. Others are involved in the Massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) that blend the genres of role-playing video games massive multiplayer online role play. Finally we have the gamers that enjoy the video game fighting. We have all come together in SecondLife to take something we enjoy and use it to help in the fight against cancer.Welcome to the Goreans in Relay For Life Team Page.

The money raised through Relay For Life events helps realize the American Cancer Society's mission to save lives, celebrate life, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.
Donations are used to fund life-saving cancer research, patient support services, prevention and education information, and detection and treatment programs. Here's how the money raised last year is helping make a difference.
Funding potentially life-saving cancer research grants.
Calls and chats from patients/caregivers seeking info and support.
Nights of free lodging provided to patients at Hope Lodge®.
Cancer has touched all of us in some way. And we want to stop this disease in its tracks. We'll spend the next few weeks fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Then, on the day of the event, we'll honor the lives lost to cancer, celebrate survivors, and support the caregivers who so selflessly help others.
Together, we'll be a part of making a difference in this important cause.
