Relay For Life of Santa Clarita Valley

Wildcats Against Cancer

Why We Formed a Relay For Life Fundraising Team

Welcome to our team page! Cancer has touched many of us in some way, so we decided to fight back by raising funds and walking in our local American Cancer Society Relay For Life event.

The 2017 Relay theme is "Giving Cancer the Boot". Our theme/fightback message is a jungle/wildcat theme, and we will "Claw Out Childhood Cancer". Let's make childhood cancer an endangered species, or even extinct!

This year, WAC helped support two Hart District students, Cheyene from Golden Valley and Maya from West Ranch. Both these beautiful young women are in the middle of their fights against cancer. We wish them (and all others touched by cancer) strength, hope and love.

As a team, we are taking action to help eliminate cancer as a major health problem. At our Relay event, we will take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society in their lifesaving mission.

Please join our team, make a donation and stop by our booth. Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, one dollar at a time.
