Help us Shoot for the Moon at the Relay for Life of Laguna Beach 2016

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world's largest and most impactful fundraising event to end cancer. It unites communities across the globe to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and take action to finish the fight once and for all. With the support of thousands of volunteers like you, the American Cancer Society is helping save more than 500 lives a day. Please join us and take action against a disease that has taken too much!

We thank the talented musicians who are signing on to make our Relay really sing!  More details on performance times will be available here before the event but we hope you’ll start enjoying these acts now (so you won’t want to miss a note)!

Check out Returning to Relay for Life of Laguna Beach Performers The Salty Suites!

We are grateful to be welcoming Laguna Beach favorites The Salty Suites back to our Relay for Life.  Performing original and contemporary songs, as well as traditional music of the world, including Bluegrass, Depression and Old Country, Swing, Classical, and Roots, with a current and completely unique edge, The Salty Suites push the music of America to their own cloud, while delivering the deep, transcendent power of melody and lyric with unforgettable force.  Combining instrumental virtuosity with stunning solo and three-part vocals, not to mention just plain fun, The Salty Suites will get your feet tapping and spirit soaring.  Follow them on Facebook for more information.

Check out returning Relay for Life Laguna Beach performers Rocky’s Revival!

rocky's revival

“Rocky’s Revival” came to life in early 2012, when two sisters, Kalina and Kiana Campion, formed a band (their second professional group), intending to create the kind of music that they wanted to hear – “Poetic pop, with a quirky, folky feel.”

As Rocky’s Revival gained momentum, the sisters faced their greatest challenge to date – Kalina spent most of 2014 in and out of chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s lymphoma. (She is now in complete remission!) Many songs were written during the cancer treatments and they coined the phrase “gigs with wigs”, as Rocky’s Revival opened for groups like The Bangles and Justin Bieber during this difficult season.

What didn’t break them, made them stronger. With Kalina celebrating her first year as a cancer survivor, Rocky’s Revival has released their second EP, “Newspaper Dreams.”  The girls continue to write for other people and projects, but Rocky’s Revival is a true expression of their musical vision…and it’s just getting started.  More background on the band is available at http://epk.rockysrevival.com.
