Congrats to team "VIP TEAM: Survivors Walking Strong" in being drawn as our VIP Team for 2016!

Just a reminder - WAIVERS

All participants under 18 must have a youth waiver signed and an assigned chaperone. Please click the links below to download the necessary forms - you can scan and email to Svea at svea.miller@cancer.org or you can bring with you to the June 15th Team Captain Meeting/Bank Night. Fill them out now and save yourself time and paperwork day-of!

What: LAST Team Captain Meeting & Bank Night, all in one! - EVERYONE is welcome, even if you are not a Team Captain
When: Wednesday, June 15th at 7:00pm 
Where: in the Crisp Room at the Vermont Veterans Home, 325 North St. Bennington, VT 
Why: Drop off all of your donations, pick up your Hope Club shirts, get day-of information!
What to bring: Yourself, a notebook and pen AND any donations you would like to turn in!
