20 YEARS OF
RELAY FOR LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY!
Check out the most recent Relay news and resources for you to focus on in the month of February. Click on the links below to access the resources.
Ask friends, family, co-workers, church friends,
neighbors, etc. to remember a friend or loved one lost to cancer or show their
support for those battling the disease by dedicating a luminaria at the Relay
For Life event.
Survivor Celebration Flyer
We come together every year at Relay For Life to
celebrate those individuals who are winning the fight. The Relay For Life
movement is the world's largest support group for survivors and their
caregivers. A cancer survivor is defined by the American Cancer Society as
anyone who is living with cancer, from the date of diagnosis. If you or anyone
you know has ever heard the words, "You have cancer," we invite you
to participate as a survivor. Please join us in ensuring we get this invite out
to as many survivors as possible. See if you can post it at church, work,
doctors office, pharmacy, etc.
Golf Play Day
Share this with the golfers you know!
If you have any questions or would like to have multiple copies of any resources, please contact your Community Manager, Tammy English at 815.229.1287 (option #3) or email Tammy.English@cancer.org.
