April 26th - Team Captain Meeting and T-Shirt Deadline

Please plan to join us on 4/26/2016 at 6:30 to 7:30 pm for our next Relay Rally. We'll be in the commons area at Issaquah Middle School, 400 2nd Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027. Our goal is to have ALL team captains attending this rally, so your participation means a lot!

Please bring your decorated luminaria bags, any fundraising money you have, and any completed youth/chaperone forms. This is the last day to turn in chaperone forms!

If you haven't already registered your team, please follow this link to register. Teams will be able to select tent sites at all team captain meetings and Relay rallies once the team has raised $500.

You Got Mail!

From today until Saturday, we are holding yet another fundraising challenge. A huge portion of our total money raised comes from online fundraising. The goal of this challenge is to encourage participants to get donations from people online.

So get online and start sending those emails!

Midnight Mile:

The Midnight Mile is a tradition at the Issy Relay. It is a great way to donate to Issaquah Relay and all participants recieve an awesome T-shirt!

A donation of $20 is required to participate. If you are interested in signing up, please click here.

You can bring cash or check to any of our team captain events or you can donate to the Midnight Mile team. You must register and pay by May 1st to get the T-shirt at the event. If you register and pay after May 1st, you can pick up your T-shirt on May 25th.

Youth Teams:

  • Please select the high school you attend from the company drop down menu when registering. If you registered already and did not select your high school, please email issaquahrelay@gmail.com to have the school added to your team profile.
  • One chaperone form must be turned in by April 26th or your team will not be allowed to stay overnight.
    • One chaperone is required for every 10 youth. "Youth" is defined as anyone under 18 or still in high school. This means that if you are 18 years old, but still in high school, you still need a form. Chaperones must be 25 years of age or older.

All forms are due March 19th!

Fundraising fuels the fight against cancer. Are you saving lives?

  • Join the HOPE Club and get an event t-shirt by raising $100 as an individual (this is also our fundraising minimum per person)

  • Teams can select tent sites after raising $500 as a team

  • Raising $1000 qualifies individuals for the Grand Club and an exclusive shirt

  • The All-Star Club is for individuals raising $2500
