Bay Haven Charter Academy Fundraiser!
Bay Haven Charter Academy K-8 is having a PIE-IN-THE-FACE fundraiser for Relay For Life from April 18 – May 6. Students are contributing to the Relay For Life by purchasing an opportunity to pie a faculty or staff person on May 6th in front of the whole school! There will be 30 faculty and staff members from all grade levels (pre-K to 8th grade as well as ALL Administrators) who will be “pied” by a lucky student who purchased a chance and placed their ticket into the staff members jar – buying more tickets of course increases your chances and increases everyone’s chances when the CURE is found!
BHCA BETA Club members are selling the tickets and will participate in the Relay For Life event on April 30 at Tommy Oliver; sponsors are science teachers Paula Weaver and Amy Canfield.
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world's largest and most impactful fundraising event to end cancer. It unites communities across the globe to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and take action to finish the fight once and for all. With the support of thousands of volunteers like you, the American Cancer Society is helping save more than 500 lives a day. Please join us and take action against a disease that has taken too much!
