Teams please bring your printed order forms (see above) to
Lugoff Paint & Body Shop located at 647 Lachicotte Rd., Lugoff on the dates below before 5 pm (except on 1/20, 2/17 & 3/17 which are team meeting nights at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Family LIfe Center 24 Ward Rd. and you may turn orders in at the meeting at 6 pm).
Please fill the order form out on the computer so all calculations are done correctly. Please do not compute the order form out manually.

We have a limited amount of FIGHT LIKE A GIRL short sleeve t-shirts available and are ready to sell. They are brown with pink letters.
We have Small Adult and 3XL for only just $5. We also have Youth Large in pink with brown letters. For more information e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Get them while they last. They make great gifts!

The Event Leadership Team (previously known as the Planning Committee) is a tri-lead structure focused on three major areas:
Each position is broken down into smaller roles to fit the needs of our volunteers. Committing to be a part of the Event Leadership team is a great way to give back to your community and gain experience in a variety of areas- but most of all it is the best way to FINISH THE FIGHT!
If you're passionate about Relay, committed to attending meetings and working towards deadlines, we'd love to have you join us!
All meetings are held at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Family Life Center from 7-8 pm after our Team Leadership meetings.

Register as a Survivor or Caregiver
Survivors are the reason we Relay! You are our HOPE and are considered a Survivor from the moment of your diagnosis regardless of whether you have completed treatment or not. Relay For Life is a celebration for those who have had cancer. To register, just click on teh orange "sign Up" button and then click "Walk the Survivor Lap". If you are joining a team, then click on the Team name to be part of that team. There is no registration fee for our survivors. Register now and be ready to meet us on the track!
Caregivers are those wonderfully amazig people who have supported or cared for a loved one during their cancer journey. Your sacrifice, love & support are recgonized and we celebrate you as well. Thank you for caring for our Survivors.
Sponsors are the such an important part of our fundraising success. We are so thankful to those that continue to support our eforts year after year. Sponsorship not only saves lives but it provides a team building experience and a source for volunteerism and philanthropy. As a partner with The American Cancer Sciety, the community will see your company or organization's commitment to the well-being of your customers, and your employees. In addition, there's a level of sponsorship to fit every budget and online payment that allows you to break your payment into several payments. Please note that March 27, 2015 is the sponsorship deadline.

Monday May, 4, 2015 -Bank Day- All teams should attend scheduled time slots to pick up their shirts and campsite location map. This is your last opportunity to turn in money BEFORE Relay. This is the day that teams should e-mail their Team Excel spreadsheet to email@example.com so that names will be scrolled during the Luminaria ceremony. All team spreadhsheets must be received by this date to be included in the ceremony on May 8 at 9:30 PM. Thanks so much!
