2015 Relay For Life of Robeson County
“Relay Reunion: 20 years of Fighting Back!”
Thursday, May 28 from
3pm to 7 pm ~ Friday, May 30 from 7:30 am to 10 am
(Logistics will be
on-site to give you your location)
your team is using a Funeral Home tent or you are sending someone to set up
your tent, please be sure they see a logistics member BEFORE setting up! If
it is in the wrong place, you will be responsible for taking it down and
moving it to the correct location (yes, even if that’s 5 feet over!)
*Gates WILL BE LOCKED
Friday morning at 10
AM and no vehicles will be allowed inside until after
Closing Ceremony and Final Lap on Saturday morning at 9 am.
~If you have to set up late or
break down early, you are welcome to bring a wagon or hand cart to help you
carry your things in and out….Golf Carts or Gators are also not allowed
inside the gate after 10 am, except by authorized Event Staff. These rules
are for the safety of ALL Relayers, please make sure your team members
understand this and treat all Event Leadership with respect. We have
thousands of people to keep safe!
WEAPONS, ALCOHOL, OR TOBACCO ALLOWED!!
Aid will be on site and will be located near the gate outside of the

you are responsible for providing your own coolers, ice, and tables to set
up with. If you
are cooking, you MUST have a fire extinguisher at your campsite.
* Accounting will be available at certain
times during the event for money to be turned in. Team Captains ONLY will be
allowed to turn in money. If you go to the main stage, someone there will
have the accounting schedule.
* Wristbands are REQUIRED for any
person under age 18 to stay overnight at the event. Deputies will be
checking wristbands after the 11:00 curfew. Team Captains will get these
bands at the event. Team
Captains are also responsible for keeping up with all Youth Participant
Waivers at the event.

entertainment information! We’ve got a great entertainment schedule lined
up for this year! Kids activities will be available all day,but will have
some extra activities between 3 and 9 pm! So bring the kids too, 12 and
under are Free and they'll have a great time!!
