Relay For Life gives us the opportunity to celebrate those who have had cancer and remember loved ones lost. You are considered a survivor from the moment of diagnosis, even if you are still undergoing treatment. Survivors are the very reason why we Relay. 2015 Survivor Registration Form
Caregivers are those special people who have provided support or care for a cancer patient at any time during their cancer journey. Whether it be a meal, a ride to treatment or emotional support, Caregivers play an incredible role and we invite you to be a part of this life-changing event.
