All registration fees and donations to the Hops For Hope go directly to the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Windham County fundrasing efforts. Those dollars help to fund groundbreaking research and vital patient services like free lodging rides to treatment or access to our round-the-clock lifeline for cancer resources and emotional support.

Registration is from 7:00am-8:30am at main tent.

NOTE:  You must register no later than Noon on August 20th to be guaranteed an event T-shirt and everyone is required to fill out and turn in Mt. Snow's waiver form.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and top 3 women, but all participants will receive a specialty men’s or women’s style t-shirt (shirt/size wanted is only garanteed if you register before noon on August 20th) and a limited edition Hops for Hope Pint Beer Glass.

After the race stay for awards and light refreshments, then at noon join the thousands of others coming to Mount Snow to enjoy over 40 brewers (Brewers Festival tickets are an additional cost, see the Mount Snow website for details).

The Mission of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life:

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported and that one day, cancer will be eliminated.

Cancer In Our Community:

Cancer can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or economic background:

  • One out of two men and one out of three women will be diagnosed with cancer.
  • There has been a 20% decline in cancer death rates since 1991. That means more than 1.3 million lives saved
  • There are 14.5 million cancer survivors in the US. By 2024, there will be almost 19 million.
  • In the last 20 years, breast cancer death rates have declined 32%
  • Practicing good nutrition habits, not using tobacco products and being physically active can prevent two thirds of cancer deaths.

Where the Money Goes:

Funds raised by the American Cancer Society Relay For Life support the organization’s programs, which focus on four distinct areas: research, education, advocacy and service. Check out this great VIDEO on where your money goes for more information!
