In early May, I heard our retiring CEO say something very impactful. Here it is, "If we continue to do the right things, we will see an end to cancer in this century." i was so excited to hear this and especially from a man with so much experience and interaction with cancer groups and researchers both nationally and globally. One of the right things for us is raising funds, sharing the mission and messages on risk reducing behaviors and being at Relay For Life this weekend. I commend you all for doing the right thing this weekend and for the last 19 years. What we started out hoping for is happening - an end to cancer. Let's continue to do all those right things so that we CAN see this happen in this century!!!
