Relay Spotlight on Chris Hamilton, Junior at Weston High School:
I joined the Relay For Life of Weston & Westport in 2014 and started a team with my friends called HCCI. HCCI is an acronym for Hamilton Construction Company Incorporated, my father's business. The reason I chose HCCI is because it's a construction business, and when something falls apart, you can build it back up. I believe this can be a symbol for those diagnosed with cancer, they can fight back and we can help them.
The reason I relay is because cancer has touched me and my family a lot and it's a very important topic to me. I hope all will join me and the rest of the relayers in the fight against this awful disease.
Below is a photo of Chris with two team members doing some volunteer work for their local church (From Left to Right, Jason Schoellkopf, Eli Hason, Chris Hamilton)
