Information for Event

Site Set-up

Friday Afternoon- Keep I mind there will not be anyone Friday night
at the fairgrounds so please make sure to lock anything up just in case.

Saturday Morning- any time before 9:30am

**Judging of Sites will be Saturday at 11:00am so be on the lookout for them! **

Auction Items-
Drop off any auction items to the 4-H Cabin Friday afternoon until 4:00pm or
Saturday by noon. Make sure to have a tag with the team name and individual
name on it so its credited to the right place.

Food- The Coalition Against Domestic Violence food booth will be open again this year
during our event.

Bathrooms-It is our responsibility as an event to make sure we all do our part in keeping
the bathrooms clean, if see supplies are out or it needs cleaned please track down a committee member.

Luminaria Sales at Event – We will be selling luminarias at the event behind the first aid building  during the following times.                Saturday      Noon-2:00pm                    4:00pm-6:00pm                                7:00pm-8:00pm

 

Survivor Registration at Event – We will have survivor registration set up in the 4-H Cabin from 4:30-6:00pm

 

***Team Captain Relay Round –Up at EVENT SATURDAY @ 9:00am in 4-H Cabin***

We will go over questions or concerns as well as rules.


Do’s & Don’ts No Smoking, No Dogs (unless service dogs) , No skating or bikes

10AM: VICTORY LAP
