Relay season may be winding down in Florida, but cancer never sleeps and the fight must continue!
No one knows this better than Cole Eicher. In February 2014, 12-year-old Cole was diagnosed with brain cancer a medulloblastoma. A harrowing year followed for Cole and his family. Cole underwent brain surgery to remove the tumor, followed by radiation, chemotherapy, and physical therapy. Supported by his family, friends and faith, Cole persevered.
Now 13, Cole is officially cancer free, inspiring so many by beating the odds. He is Cole Strong! Cole knows the fight is far from over for the thousands that hear the words “You have cancer” each year. He supported Relay For Life before his diagnosis, and as a survivor his resolve to finish the fight has only strengthened.
Cole has a challenge for you! Check out Cole’s video message to learn how you can be Cole Strong! too.
Your Relay has a 'Cole Strong' team, and making your donation online to that team will allow the #ColeStrongChallenge AND RFL Fleming Island/Green Cove Springs to receive the credit for your gift!
