Youth and Chaperone forms are needed by Bank Night 5/27 6-8pm
All Youth staying overnight need to raise a minimum of $100 to stay overnight
to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time!
Relay For Life is a SMOKE FREE – ALCOHOL FREE event.
Teams need to have at least one member walking (jogging) on the track at all times. It is the Teams responsibility to coordinate walking times-schedules.
If you have a cell phone- PLEASE be considerate and turn it off during the Opening and Luminaria Ceremonies!
Please dispose of all garbage and food in the proper manner. We are ALL responsible for keeping the area clean- this is OUR event. We do have recycling containers for bottles, cans and glass.
Sorry, No pets allowed.
Small children attending the event are the responsibility of their parents. Students in attendance are the responsibility of the sponsors or chaperones.
Relay For Life has an open tent policy-please make sure to follow this guideline.
Relay For Life has a same sex tent policy for all student teams.
If any problem arises please bring it to the immediate attention of one of the Committee. They will be wearing GREEN Relay shirts.
Please be courteous to fellow teams by keeping the restrooms clean.
No roller blades, Skateboards or bikes at the event. No food on track.
Be safe and have fun!

WHAT TO PACK
Sleeping bag or blanket
Decorations for your team area
Flag/banner promoting your team theme and/or organization or club
Snacks and Food
Water and other liquids to stay hydrated
Pajamas and clothes
Games - cards, checkers, board games, etc.
Personal articles- toothbrush, prescription medicine/ inhalers, etc.
See the lap schedule for a list of items to bring to participate in the theme laps.
Spending money (there will be activities, food and fundraising on site). PLEASE BRING SMALL BILLS – change is limited.
Some additional suggestions to help you have a fun and safe time:
Wear comfortable, layered clothing – it can get chilly at night
Wear sturdy but comfortable shoes designed for walking or running.
Be prepared for all types of weather – bring rain gear and warm clothes

Are you aged 18 or younger? We need you to fill out and return this form to the committee in order to participate in Relay For Life. Reminder: You need a Chaperone (25 years or older) for every 10 youth.
