You are encouraged to attend the meeting on Wednesday, May 20th at 6pm at the Best Western-Krug Center.  We are so excited to share with you the change that is happening at the Sonoma Relay this year.   Many have said we needed to “change things up” and we believe we have come up with a really great plan BUT we need you to see the vision with us and having you at this meeting will be the strength in numbers that is needed.  If you are unable to attend then please send someone that can represent your team.

Friday, July 31

9:00am – 3:00pm              Rental equipment delivered   

4:00pm                  Team campsite set up begins

9:00pm                  Welcome overnight campers – Movie, Popcorn, Smores

 Saturday, August 1

 7:00am-8:00am           Sunrise breakfast – pancakes, juice

8:00am-9:00am            Registration begins – Participants and Survivors

9:00am-9:15am            Opening Ceremony

9:30am-9:45am            Survivor Lap – Caregiver Lap

10:00am                      Team Fundraising & Entertainment begins

  • Two entertainment areas

  • Karaoke
  • Guest speakers


12:00pm                       Lunch served

5:00pm                         Dinner – set out luminaria bags

  • Fill bags with birdseeds and battery candles

Picking up of rentals

 ARE YOU A CANCER SURVIVOR? We would love to send you an invitation to THE SURVIVOR RECEPTION & CELEBRATION happening in July.  Make sure you register before the event since we have limited seating!!  If you know anyone who has never been to this event, ask them to register also.
