We are pleased to present a very special guest speaker at our next Team Experience meeting. Sandra Funtanellas, a Sonoma County Hero of Hope. Please join us and hear Sandra's inspiring journey as a cancer patient and now cancer survivor.

Following Sandra's talk, we will go over some very important Day of Relay event information. We are on the home stretch before our event and there is information you will not want to miss!

Monday, May 11th, 6:00 PM, Cross and Crown Church, 5475 Snyder (across from Rancho Cotati High School). Relay materials and snacks will be provided!

«Did you know we are accepting photos for the Luminaria Slide show? Did you know that our Mr. Relay pageant has a new twist this year? Did you know we have a Classic Car show? Do you know about the HOPE Club? Did you know sponsorship donations are credited to your own fundraising efforts?

«Show your Relay pride at our meeting! We will have prizes for people wearing at least two Relay items and something that's purple!

«Bring your family, friends and team members!

 

Luminaria Slide Show

Guidelines for Submitting Pictures for Luminaria Slide Show

 

We would like to see new pictures in the slide show this year. If possible, please submit new pictures and include information if they are a replacement from the previous year.

Please include the following information with each picture:

  • Person or Pet's name
  • Whether the pictures represents "in Memory Of" or "In Honor Of" or someone who is currently in treatment
  • Optional:  type of cancer, age died (if applicable) or age diagnosed

Please include your name, email and phone number in the event there are any questions.

For emailed submissions:

  • Scan pictures at 300 DPI if possible
  • Please be sure to put "Relay Slide Show" in the subject line of email
  • Email to Barbara Clark:  bclark6879@yahoo.com
  • Barbara will acknowledge each email received so you'll know that your submission was received

For actual photographs:

  • Please give to Barbara Clark (online chair).  All pictures will be scanned and returned to you at a Relay meeting.

Deadline for submitting pictures is May 25th
