and include their Names and Month and Year they lost their cancer battle 

 

If you don't have digital copies, Raynes White has volunteered to scan you photos and send to Brittany.  Please call Raynes at 650-654-3510

 

 


 

 

Carlmont opens at 7AM for setup

Bring your own team 'pop-up' tent

Tables and chairs for your team tents will be provided

 

 


What to Pack for Relay

******Sunscreen                                                      Tent for your campsite, Team pop-up tent
******Extra pairs of shoes/Socks
Donations to be turned in
*****Hat Folding Chairs and tables
Cash for onsite fundraisers Jacket, sweater
Lip Balm              Spare t-shirt, sweats, shorts
Sun glasses Bug repellant
Hand Sanitizer Toothbrush
Poncho (just in case!) Flashlight, campsite lantern
Wagon or dolly for hauling supplies from parking lot     Pillows and sleeping bags
Cooler with ice and water Food & drinks to share
Supplies for your team's onsite fundraiser Tent/Campsite decorations
Cell phone Camera
Pen (for filling out raffle tickets!) Team Banner
Costumes Emergency contact info for any minors on your team
Scissors/tape/hammer and tools for random tasks
Umbrella (just in case!)

Battery operated fan

Need some help asking local businesses for donations?  Please see the Business Supporter Letter to help break the ice.  It also gives some great ideas for support other than cash.


 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Got Skills?  Volunteers are needed to assist with Relay Planning and activities on the day of the event.  We can always use new ideas and more hands.
