Get Ready for Relay on Saturday!

Gates open at 6:00am. Make sure to stop by the Registration Tent as everyone will need to have a wristband in order to attend the event.
There will be a loading gate to get on the field but this is for LOADING only, once you unload your items, please make sure to park in the parking lot. All cars need to be off the track by 8:00am since we are starting Opening Ceremonies promptly at 10:00am. 

Here are some important logistics reminders:

  • Set up is today, Friday from 2:00pm – 5:00pm. We will lock the gates at night and have Security patrolling the field. Please do not leave any valuables overnight.
  • Gates Open up at 6:00am and Registration opens up at 8:00am. There will be a loading gate but this is strictly for unloading, all cars will need to park in the parking lot. Please make sure to check-in at the Registration Tent as everyone needs a wristband. Survivors may check-in at the Survivor Tent and do not need to stop by the Registration Tent
    Opening Ceremonies to start promptly at 10:00am and all cars MUST be off the track by 9:30am.
  • Bring Tables, Chairs, Shade and anything you need for your campsite. There will be limited power on the field so please bring your own generator and power cords if you need power.
    Bring money so that you can bid on Silent Auction Items, Relay Store, Raffles, Luminaria Bags Food and other Team Fundraisers . 
  • Relay Event Theme is Disney. It can either be a Movie or Character
  • Silent Auction Baskets need to be dropped at the Silent Auction Tent by 10:00am. Please click here to fill out the Silent Auction Form.
  • Food , Water and Ice for your coolers will be available during the day
    Italian Ice during the day.
    Lunch:   Pasta Design and Chick-fil-A
    Dinner:  Meatball Republic
    Breakfast (Sunday morning) will be provided
  • Dessert Potluck after Luminaria Ceremony in Survivor Tent bring item after 8:30 pm
  • NO Open Fires; Pets; Alcohol; Smoking
