$500 raised $400 goal
Why I Participate in a Relay For Life Event
A few years ago my family recieved devestating news that my Step-Dad, Ron was diagnosed with Non-Hotchkins Lymphoma. The news was something we never expected to hear... But the big guy beat it!! I couldn't be more proud of him and for my family coming together during such a hard time. I look up to my Step-Dad so much and could never imagine my life without him.
Unfortunetely not long after Ron went into remission my Aunt was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer. Of course just as devestating as the first time we recieved this type of news. My aunt is continuing to fight her battle to this very day. I think about her often and wish I could do more to help.
Even though I can't magicially cure her, or anyone else in the world- I'm doing my part and Relaying to find a cure for this disease. I am proud to be apart of this amazing organization and through all the fun and games we have at the actual event- It's all about the money that we raise to put towards this cause.
To anyone that donates to me & my team- I appreciate it more than you could ever know. I hate cancer and I want to do everything in my power to finally find a cure to beat it once and for all. Any donation from $5.00-$500.00 counts.
I am Relaying for:
-Aunt Kris: Uterine Cancer Fighter
-Aunt Cynthia's Caregiver Leona: Breast Cancer Fighter
-Ron Olewski: Non-Hotchkins Lymphoma Survivor
-Grandma Brender: Breast Cancer Survivor
