Where is Conway Farms Golf Club located?

What is the Event Day Schedule? 

10:00am - Registration, Driving Range, Putting Green, Raffle and Silent Auction open
11:00am - Lunch is served
12:30pm - Shotgun Start
5:00pm - Extended Cocktail Reception 

If weather is a factor on Monday, how will I receive event updates?

Announcements will be recorded and available by calling the American Cancer Society office at 312.960.2304 should weather be a factor the day of the event. Event announcements will also be posted to this website as often as possible.

Conway Farms Golf Club will also have information available regarding the tournament. Contact the Pro-Shop at 847.234.6979.

What is the attire for the William T. White, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament?

Conway Farms Golf Club dress code, including proper golf attire, must be adhered to at all times throughout the day. No jeans, t-shirts or cargo pants are permitted. Full club amenities will be available for participants and will include access to the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Business/business casual attire is appropriate for the Awards Dinner portion of the event. 

Can I make a William T. White, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament cash donation?

Will I receive a receipt for my tax records?

If you mail in your donation, the American Cancer Society will send you a receipt for your tax records, approximately six weeks after payment is received. If you make a donation online using your credit card, you will be directed to a confirmation page that can be printed for your tax records. In addition, an email will be sent to you that includes a receipt that can be printed for your records. 

How will my donation be used?

William T. White, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament donations support the mission of the American Cancer Society as it works to save lives and create more birthdays by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures and by fighting back.
