My mother, Pat Teets, would have turned a magnificent 60 years old in November this year. In honor of my mother and best friend's life, I am running in the Disney 1/2 Marathon in November. I know she will be there with me, cheering me on, telling me I can do this. She would be so proud of all her family and friends. She always told me, "The Greatest Joy in Life is to Love and to be Loved", and she was right. Any race could be a life-changing event - but my very first race will be a lifesaving event. My race victory will help save lives from every cancer in every community. And I'm hoping you'll support me in my efforts.
