Broad St. Run Race Expo - Fri. May 4th 11:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday May 5th 9:00am - 6:00pm

Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall G.  The Convention Center is located  at 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA  19107. HALL G IS ON THE BROAD STREET SIDE OF THE CONVENTION CENTER.  ENTER THE HALL ON BROAD STREET BETWEEN ARCH AND RACE.

Every DeteremiNation athlete (including those who've secured their race bib through the lottery) will pick up the following items from the DNation expo booth. DO NOT wait in the general bib pickup line. You can have others pick up your bib for you. Sign and bring this bib pickup waiver. We pull bibs by last name, no bib numbers.

  • Race bib and safety pins
  • DNation shirt or singlet
  • Broad St. Run cotton shirt
  • Gear check bag and tag
  • Blue wristbands for your supporters to access the DNation start and finish tents (if you are wearing a DNation shirt , CMMD shirt, or Team Brightside shirt you do not need a wristband to access the tents)
  • Race ribbons - "In Honor", "In Memory", "I am a Cancer Survivor" to wear on race day

DNation Shakedown Run - Sat. May 5th, 9am at PA Convention Center (corner of 11th & Arch)

Shake out the nerves with this 1-2mi easy jog, and ask your last minute race questions to our coaches. Stop by the expo after to pick up your race bib.


DetermiNation Pre-Race Dinner - Sat. May 5th, 5-8pm at the Loews Hotel in Center City 

Join your fellow DetermiNators for an inspirational night as we celebrate your success and get pumped for the race! There will be guest speakers, top awards given out, a remembrance to our loved ones lost and fighting cancer, and last minute running tips. Bring your DNation shirts to decorate during the cocktail hour from 5-6pm. Buffet dinner and program from 6-8pm.

RACE DAY - MAY 6

  • Start tent opens: 6am
  • Gear check closes: 7:15am  -- takes place directly in the tent
  • Official DNation team picture: 7:30am  -- will be directly in front of start line
  • Race starts: 8am 

The DNation Start Tent is located directly next to the start line at W. Fisher Ave and Broad St. (east side of Broad). To get to the start, the Broad St. Septa line is free for all runners before and after the race. Take Septa to the Logan stop and walk 1 block north to the start tent. For express trains, exit at Olney stop and walk 2 blocks south. There is no parking by the start. If you park at the stadiums and take Septa up, plan for extra time to get to the start and leaving after the race will take an hour + . Best way to get to the start - park in center city and take Septa up, then take Septa back after the race.

  • At the start there will be DNation only gear check, portapotties, water, bananas, bagels, peanut butter

Official DNation Cheer Zone - mile 7 at Federal & Broad. Tell your friends to cheer you on here! Smile for our photographer and give us a high five! We'll be on the left side of the street as you are running (east side of Broad)

The DNation Finish Tent is located at Intrepid Ave. and Broad St.All runners will finish and enter the parade ground where you will recieve snacks, water, and your medal. Proceed to the northeast corner of the parade ground to exit to get to the DNation finish area. There is only 1 security checkpoint in and out of the parade ground. The entire parade ground will be fenced off. All athletes and spectators must go through security

  • At the finish tent there will be DNation only gear pickup, portapotties, changing stations, cheese steaks, PB&J, fruit, chips, water, DJ and masseuse 

Security will be tight! Only those wearing a DNation shirt, CMMD shirt, Team Brightside shirt, or have a blue wristband on will gain access to the DNation start and DNation finish tents. See our finish tent location for how to get from the finish line to the DNation tent. All non-runners must go through a check point at the Navy Yard gates - only clear bags allowed. Strollers all allowed.


Fundraising Deadline: $500 is due Sun. May 20th at midnight.

Those who do not reach the minimum will be called on Mon. May 21st and will be notified of the amount to be charged on their credit card.

Fundraising Incentives: check out what your hard work can earn you with our 2018 Fundraising Incentives Program! Incentive level is based on your fundraising level on May 20th. You will be notified of the level you have reached and how to redeem your gift.
