6:00am Participant check-in starts at the Pacific Crest Lodge (also serving as Event Headquarters)
8:30am Check-in postponed
8:45am Opening Ceremonies in from of Pacific Crest Lodge

10:00pm Stevens Pass closes to the public...HOTS participants continue riding on Hogsback chairlift
11:00pm "Midnight BBQ" for all participants, fundraisers, staff and volunteers
Hogsback Chair closes for grooming
March 8th, 2009
12:00am Torch Light Parade down Blue Trail on Hogsback for Luminaria
Hogsback re-opens to all HOTS participants throughout the night
8:50am Last runs tracked for vertical foot challenge
9:00am Hope on the Slopes Skiing and Snowboarding Ends
Vertical elevation calculated
Stevens Pass opens to general public, HOTS participant's Saturday lift tickets still valid on Sunday
10:00am Closing and Awards Ceremony in front of Pacific Crest Lodge
Presentation of Awards in following categories
Top Teams who raise the most money for the American Cancer Society
Top Teams who accumulate the most combined vertical footage
Top Individual fundraiser
