This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words "You have cancer," or "your beloved pet has cancer," and there's a good chance that some of them will be people and animals we know and love.

In 18 month's time, our family lost 3 dogs to cancer, and left us all with such heavy grief. I have chosen to fight back against this disease and help make a difference by supporting the American Cancer Society’s mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service
