My father and I, began participating in this dog walk back in '92 with Casey. For years, the three of us joined this special event raising money for cancer each year until we lost Casey in 2005, and then walked in memory of casey in 2006.  We had fun doing it, we loved the cause and it became a family tradition. Some special events Casey won was the best small dog award for the best costume. Together we have had great memories at this event...... and this year touches us even more as we introduce Hammer to this event in memory of Mr. Fargnoli.

Together we can make a difference!

This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words "You have cancer," and there's a good chance that some of them will be people we know and love. I have chosen to fight back against this disease and help make a difference by supporting the American Cancer Society’s mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service

Paws for cancer...It's Hammer time! Please help team hammer, raise money in memory of Carlo Fargnoli!

Today, there is more hope than ever for people facing cancer. However, there is much work to be done because still too many are losing their battles to this disease. I hope you will support me in my effort by joining using the links above to help me reach my goal.

This year "Hammer" and I will walk in memory of Mr. Carlo Fargnoli (David's father), who lost his 8 year battle to cancer 1/28/09 and to special family members who continue to struggle with this disease.

My own father will join the walk in celebrating four years in remission of cancer. For those of you who have either lost a loved one or who have been touched with cancer in some way like myself, please make a donation with those loved ones in mind, or feel free to join us in the walk on May 3, 2009 to support this great cause.
