George Washington Bridge Challenge

George Washington Bridge Challenge 2009 Dear friends and family, It's that time of year again. Time to walk the George Washington Bridge for the American Cancer Society's 2009 challenge on Sunday, June 14th. This will be my 10th anniversary of taking the challenge and walking back and forth over the bridge and continuing on to Allison Park in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for a celebratory picnic. The total walk is six miles! Once again, my daughter-in-law, Christine, will be accompanying me for the seventh time! I'm sharing hope for a world where cancer is no longer a life-threatening disease by participating in this year's walk. I am supporting this program because cancer has touched us all in some way, myself included, and I am determined to do all I can to help eliminate this disease. One way you can help is by making a donation. My personal goal for this year is to raise $2,500. It seems like a lot of money, but I am confident I can do it, especially with your help. Visit my personal fundraising Web site today to donate to the American Cancer Society. Thanks so much for your help. Your contributions - any amount you can give - truly make a difference in the fight against cancer. Please support me by CLICKING THE SUPPORT ME LINK ABOVE THE HONOR ROLL!
