THANK YOU, BELLEVUE!!!We reached our goal and raised over $55,000 to help fight cancer!!!We hope you had as much fun as we did fighting cancer, and invite you to let us know your thoughts with this short survey. Also, planning has already started for next year. If you're interested in helping us plan Relay for Life 2010, please let us know!
In the Bellevue Community, we have 20 (and growing) great reasons! Twenty cancer survivors raising funds and getting ready to walk the track with us to spread hope. We Relay because there is HOPE. Come join cancer survivors from our community FIGHT BACK and spread the message of HOPE to the world at large. 2009 Relay ThemePURPLE is the new pinkDid you know that the color PURPLE signifies awareness of all types of cancer? While most of us associate the color pink with breast cancer, many don't realize that the color purple respresents awareness of all cancers. It is our mission to build awareness, and for this we have selected "PURPLE is the new pink" as our 2009 Theme. Show your pride for PURPLE!

One in three people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people across the country each year to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes too much.

Here in Bellevue, our Relay will be on June 6-7, 2009. Over 1,000 people will join us in the Bellevue High School football stadium for an overnight Relay to help fight cancer as we embark on our quest to raise $100,000.The amount we raise this year could help fund two researchers search for a cure for cancer, AND provide valuable resources and services to cancer patients in our community. This year marks the beginning of our celebration of 25 years of Relay For Life®. Sign up or donate today and join us to mark this milestone and the successes we’ve achieved together during the last 25 years.
