05.01.09 GAME ON!!
Thank you to all who helped make this year's Relay a HUGE Success! Remember, you still have until August 31st to continue fundraising. We're so close to hitting our goal of $50,000. You can help by sending another e-mail to your friends or family who you haven't heard from and ask them to help us reach our goal!
the movement has started. . . Cancer is taking its toll on our world, but the good news is that there is something YOU can do, and that is FIGHT BACK! So please join us in the battle alongside the many brave people who have fought or continue to fight this disease! Show the world that Pacific Lutheran University is serious about putting an end to cancer, once and for all! Let's Relay together, so that one day our kids won't have to. . .

One in three people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people across the country each year to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes too much.

This year marks the beginning of our celebration of 25 years of Relay For Life®. Sign up or donate today and join us to mark this milestone and the successes we’ve achieved together during the last 25 years. Between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009, Relay For Life® communities nationwide are hosting special “Show Us Your HOPE” activities that visually depict the passion Relayers have for the fight against cancer. Ideally, these activities are separate from Relay For Life® events and demonstrate how the American Cancer Society in our community celebrates survivors, remembers loved ones lost and fights back against cancer through Relay For Life®. Learn more about Show Us Your HOPE or about Relay For Life® and how together we can Celebrate, Remember, and Fight Back against cancer!
